As Nefesa Sports and Wellness Services Inc. ("Nefesa") we process your personal data in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). This notice has been prepared under Article 10 of the KVKK.
Data processed
Your identity and contact details, booking and attendance records, payment details and health data in the health declaration form (special-category data such as injury, surgery and pregnancy) are processed. At our studios, security camera images are recorded at entrances and common areas; there are no cameras in class rooms.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is processed to perform the membership contract, book classes, ensure safety, invoice and meet legal obligations. Health declaration information is used only so the instructor can adapt movements to suit you and with your explicit consent.
Transfer, retention and rights
Your data may be transferred to payment institutions, our booking system provider and, where legally required, authorised bodies. After a membership ends it is kept for statutory periods. For your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK you can apply to merhaba@nefesastudio.com.
