Breath, pelvic floor and back support from week 12 of pregnancy until birth; postnatal recovery classes.
Single class 700 TRY, 600 TRY a class with the 16-pack
Movement in pregnancy helps reduce back pain, swelling and sleep problems and prepares you physically and mentally for birth. Our classes are based on a physiotherapist-approved programme and are applied only when your doctor considers them suitable.
Pregnancy classes (from week 12)
- Breath and relaxation techniques; positions that can be used in labour
- Strengthening and relaxing the pelvic floor muscles
- Back, hip and spine support; movements for swelling and leg cramps
- Side-lying and supported poses; avoiding movements that require lying on the back
Postnatal classes
These start 8 weeks after a vaginal birth and 12 weeks after a caesarean, with doctor approval. We offer abdominal muscle work (checking for diastasis recti), pelvic floor and posture work, plus "mum and baby yoga" sessions you can do with your baby.
Important notes
Classes should not be taken if the pregnancy is high-risk (such as miscarriage risk, placenta praevia or pre-eclampsia). In every class the instructor asks how you feel; you can stop a movement at any time. This class does not replace medical advice.
