Private Lessons and Rehabilitative Pilates

One-to-one programmes and a safe return after injury

Private Lessons and Rehabilitative Pilates

55-minute one-to-one sessions with a physiotherapist instructor for disc problems, scoliosis, post-surgery and performance goals.

Private lesson 2,200 TRY, duo 3,000 TRY

In a private lesson the instructor focuses on you alone. Movement analysis identifies weak and shortened muscles, and a programme is written just for you. With the duo option you can work with a friend or your partner.

For which situations?

  • Lumbar and cervical disc problems, chronic low back pain (with doctor approval)
  • Scoliosis and posture disorders
  • Controlled return after surgery and injury
  • Performance and flexibility programmes for athletes
  • Those who hesitate to move or are not comfortable in group classes

The first session: movement analysis

In the first 55 minutes a posture photo, joint range of motion, muscle strength tests and a conversation about your goals are done. An 8–12 week programme is then written. A re-assessment is done every 4 weeks.

It is not physiotherapy

Rehabilitative pilates is an exercise-based practice; it is neither physical therapy nor diagnosis. For students under treatment, written approval from the doctor or physiotherapist is requested and we stay in touch with them where necessary.

Scope of service

  • 55-minute one-to-one lesson
  • Movement analysis and a written programme
  • Duo (2 people) option
  • Re-assessment every 4 weeks

Frequently asked questions

I have never exercised; is the reformer suitable for me?
Yes. Beginner-level classes teach the movement slowly and adjust spring resistance to you. The first trial class is free.
Is the trial class really free?
Everyone coming for the first time gets one free trial class. You can choose reformer, yoga or mat pilates; there is no further obligation.
What should I wear and bring to classes?
Flexible, fitted clothing; grip socks for reformer and mat classes. Mats, blocks, straps and reformer equipment are in the studio; a water bottle and small towel are enough.
How do I cancel a class?
You can cancel for free from your account or via WhatsApp up to 4 hours before the class begins; your credit is refunded. For later cancellations the credit counts as used.
Which classes can I attend while pregnant?
If your doctor approves, you can attend the Pregnancy Yoga and Pilates classes from week 12. To attend other classes in pregnancy you need to talk to the instructor beforehand.
