Frequently asked questions
How does a credit pack work?
One credit is deducted when you reserve a class. If you cancel up to 4 hours before, the credit is refunded. You can see your remaining credit and expiry date in your account.
Can I transfer my pack to someone else?
Packs are personal. However, with 16-class packs you can bring a friend as a 'guest' once a month.
What happens to expired credits?
Unused credit expires at the end of the period. In cases such as illness or travel, an extension of up to 30 days can be made with documentation.
